Hidden Fanton FMC4 Connectors Competition – Full Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Europa Components & Equipment Plc, trading as Europa plc ("the Promoter"), registered in England and Wales under company number 2646133. Registered office: Airport Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9NH.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, contractors, agency staff, officers and directors of the Promoter, together with their immediate family members (including parents, children, siblings, spouses and partners) and members of their household, are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of age, identity and eligibility and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Nature of the Competition
3.1 This is a free-to-enter, skill-based competition.
3.2 Participants are required to identify the total number of Fanton FMC4 Connectors hidden throughout the Europa plc digital newsletter.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.
4. Competition Period
4.1 The competition will run from Tuesday 28 July 2026 until 11:59pm (BST) on Monday 31 August 2026 inclusive ("Competition Period").
4.2 Entries must be received by the Promoter before the closing time stated above. Any entries received after the closing time will be deemed invalid.
5. How to Enter
5.1 To enter, participants must:

5.3 Entries that are incomplete, late, illegible, duplicated, submitted using automated methods or suspected of fraudulent activity will be deemed invalid.
6. Entry Limits
6.1 Only one entry per person is permitted.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who submits more than one entry or attempts to manipulate, interfere with or gain an unfair advantage in the competition.
7. Prize
7.1 One winner will receive a family ticket for four people to the Harry Potter Experience in London, comprising tickets for two adults and two children.
7.2 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
7.3 Any travel, accommodation, food, drinks or other expenses associated with attending the prize experience are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should circumstances outside its reasonable control require it to do so.
8. Winner Selection
8.1 The winner will be selected from all eligible entries that correctly identify the total number of hidden Fanton FMC4 Connectors in the digital newsletter.
8.2 If more than one eligible entrant correctly identifies the total number, the winner will be selected at random from all correct entries.
8.3 If no eligible entrant correctly identifies the total number, the entrant or entrants whose answer is closest to the correct number will be entered into a random draw to determine the winner.
8.4 The Promoter will use a fair and random selection method where a prize draw is required.
8.5 The Promoter's decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
9. Winner Notification and Prize Claims
9.1 The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided on the competition entry form during the first week of September 2026.
9.2 The winner may be required to provide proof of identity, age and eligibility before the prize is awarded.
9.3 The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If the winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Publicity
10.1 By entering the competition, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, including the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes, unless they object or where such use is prohibited by law.
11. Data Protection
11.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal data will be used for the administration of the competition, including contacting the winner and arranging prize fulfilment.
11.3 Where an entrant has provided explicit consent, their details may also be used to send marketing communications from Europa plc in accordance with the relevant consent provided.
12. Liability
12.1 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or not received due to technical faults, internet or network failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. General
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the entrant has breached these Terms and Conditions or acted fraudulently or unfairly.
13.3 By entering the competition, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
13.4 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
