Sentinel boards are designed with features to make installation quick and easy:
Positioned at the top of the consumer unit, the clearly labelled earth & neutral bars provide maximum wiring space.
All supporting circuit protection devices are compact and the highly flexible cabling further aids installation.
Torque settings are also clearly labelled on the board for added convenience saving you time during the installation of the unit.
Sentinel features an earth bonded lid and captive securing screws to prevent loss during installation.
The hinged lid comes complete with a fly lead to allow easy access into the board, with lockable lids now available to enhance safety and security.
All boards come with multiple knockouts that are easy and straight forward to remove.
Knockouts are provided on the top and bottom of the consumer unit with additional on the left and right-hand side of the consumer unit.
The rear features two large knockouts suitable for installations with buried or concealed cables.
The flexible busbars are provided with covers for the free ways and end caps to deliver fingertip protection.
Sentinel is a High Integrity flexible solution in a sturdy metal enclosure designed to look good in accessible areas and last. Packaged in high quality, durable material for added protection during transit.

Every consumer unit includes a useful datasheet with instructions on how to fit the board for a hassle-free install.
All boards come with a handy accessory pack to support installation, which includes a grommet strip for rear knockouts, white metal blanks to blend in and additional labels for circuits and devices.
The most recent addition is our Sentinel Lockable Lids (sold separately), for enhanced security and protection of consumer units.
