EUROPA WORLD CUP POWER PREDCITION COMPETITION – TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is Europa Components & Equipment Plc trading as Europa Plc (“the Promoter”), registered in England and Wales. Registered number: 2646133. Registered office: Airport Way, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU2 9NH.
2.1 The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom at the time of entry.
2.2 Employees, contractors, agency staff, officers and directors of Europa Plc, and their immediate family members (including parents, children, siblings, spouse or partner) and members of their household are not eligible to participate.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.
3.1 This promotion is a skill-based score prediction competition and is not a lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.
3.2 Participants must use their skill and judgement to predict the correct final score of FIFA World Cup 2026 matches involving England, Scotland and the FIFA World Cup Final.
3.3 No purchase is required to participate and no purchase will increase the chances of winning.
4.1 The promotion will run from 14 June 2026 until the FIFA World Cup Final in July 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
4.2 Individual competitions will be published on the Promoter's social media channels prior to each eligible match.
4.3 Entries for each match will close at the published kick-off time.
5.1 Participants must submit their score prediction by commenting on the relevant competition post before kick-off.
5.2 Participants are permitted one prediction per person per match.
5.3 Entries submitted after kick-off will not be valid.
5.4 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, duplicated, automated or submitted using fraudulent means will be void.
6.1 The competition will apply to all England and Scotland fixtures during the FIFA World Cup 2026, plus the FIFA World Cup Final.
6.2 Details of each eligible fixture will be communicated on the relevant competition post.
7.1 One £30 Uber Eats voucher is available to be won for each eligible match.
7.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered unless expressly stated.
7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
8.1 A winner is any participant who correctly predicts the exact final score of the relevant match.
8.2 Where only one correct prediction is received, that participant will be declared the winner.
8.3 Where multiple correct predictions are received, one winner will be selected at random from all correct entries.
8.4 Where no correct predictions are received, no prize will be awarded for that match.
8.5 For the avoidance of doubt, the score at the end of normal playing time (90 minutes plus injury time) will be used. Extra time and penalty shootouts will not count unless otherwise stated.
8.6 The Promoter's decision is final and binding.
9.1 Winners will be notified via the social media platform through which they entered.
9.2 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility before receiving their prize.
9.3 Winners must respond within 14 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and an alternative winner being selected.
10.1 By entering, winners agree to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes, unless they object or where prohibited by law.
11.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.
11.2 Personal data will be used solely for the administration of this promotion and related compliance purposes.
12.1 The Promoter will not be responsible for entries not received due to technical failures, system errors or events beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.
13.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.2 Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
