Birthday Prize Draw!

It may seem like only yesterday Europa launched the new and improved website, but it has been a whole year!

Within the past year Team Europa have been constantly working on tweaks and improvements driven by customer feedback. See below for some of the changes made:

• Built up the informative downloads page to bring all catalogues and flyers to you digitally.
• Improved stock visibility for account holders, detailing available stock in each warehouse. In addition to front end visability, behind the scenes we use clever coding to fulfil your order as quickly as possible by automatically split shipping from warehouses that have the stock you need.
• Implemented the ability to track your order via FedEx through the Account page with one click.
• Added visible order history of both web and non-web orders on the Account page with links where appropriate for historical POD’s.
• Keep you up to date and informed with the latest product and business news via the blog and knowledgebase .
• Invested in and shared our CGI animation videos to support with product and range knowledge.
• Introduced a countdown timer for all upcoming events so you know where to find us in person!

In order to celebrate this milestone Europa have a selection of fantastic prizes to be won. Every web order placed online in the month of November will be entered into a prize draw for the ordering branch to win:

1^st prize is a luxury hamper including 22 different treats!

2^nd prize is a crate of beers from around the world!

3^rd prize is 2kg box of chocolates to enjoy!

All prizes will be sent with enough Europa beany hats for each employee at the branch and some extra Europa goodies.
